There was plenty of action on day four at the Crucible as Englishman Michael Holt took 10 attempts to hit the ball after being snookered in his first round World Snooker Championship match against Northern Ireland's Mark Allen.

The all-English match between Ricky Walden and Kyren Wilson also caused a stir, as eventual winner Walden fluked a six-cushion hit and Wilson caused a red ball to fly off the table.
