Fleetwood Town 1-0 Wycombe Wanderers
A stunning goal from Josh Morris gave 10-man Fleetwood Town a vital three points over struggling Wycombe Wanderers.
The home side were reduced to 10 men when Alan Goodall was judged to have stamped Nick Arnold.
Morris put Fleetwood ahead after he struck home from distance to claim his second goal in two games.
Wycombe almost levelled through Chris Maxwell's curling effort but Fleetwood held on to win.
Fleetwood stay within three points off second-placed Chesterfield and third-placed Rochdale.
Wycombe stay in 21st place, level on points with fellow strugglers Bristol Rovers and Northampton.
Wycombe Manager Gareth Ainsworth told BBC Three Counties Radio:
"I'm really frustrated. We had a glorious chance today, even a point would have been good for us.
"When they went down to 10 men, it's all very well thinking you're going to win the game, but sometimes it's difficult playing against 10 men."
"It was a sloppy (Fleetwood) goal. I'm upset that he seemed to dance right through our midfield, where we tried to pack it out and keep them wide, and then a great finish.
"We didn't create much. Obviously it's an issue, but we've got to put this to bed quick now because we have a huge game next week against Bristol Rovers at home, which for all intent and purposes will probably decide the future of the club."
