Poyet curses Black Cats lack of 'luck'

Sunderland manager Gus Poyet says a moment of bad luck 'defined' the game as they lost 1-0 at home to Everton.

A 75th-minute Wes Brown own goal was enough to give the Toffees victory and leave struggling Sunderland in dire trouble.

Poyet's side are bottom of the Premier League after a fifth-straight defeat which leaves them seven points adrift of safety, with six games to go.
