Norwich were excellent - Hughton

Norwich boss Chris Hughton says the quality of Alexander Tettey's 30-yard strike epitomised a good day for his side, after the Canaries beat relegation rivals Sunderland 2-0.

Tettey volleyed in from distance for his first Premier League goal for Norwich, doubling the home side's lead after Robert Snodgrass had opened the scoring.

The win lifts Norwich seven points clear of the relegation zone with seven games remaining - Sunderland have now only won two out of 23 league games at Carrow Road.
