Crewe Alexandra 1-1 Swindon Town
Crewe Alexandra substitute Vadaine Oliver volleyed a late equaliser to rescue a point against Swindon Town.
After Chuks Aneke had blazed over a penalty when Crewe sub Cameron Park's cross deflected off Ryan Harley's arm, Swindon wnet ahead after the break.
Harley's unstoppable 15-yard shot found the top corner before Aneke then hit the bar with a curling drive.
But Oliver was the home hero, galloping clear to thrash home a 25-yard volley for his first goal in six months.
Injury-hit Crewe were missing eight outfield players, as well as on-loan keeper Neil Etheridge, whose thigh injury forced boss Steve Davis to bring back teenager Ben Garratt, just a game after dropping him.
Crewe's draw partially atoned for the 5-0 defeat they suffered from Mark Cooper's side back in August, but it could not prevent them dropping back into League One's bottom four on goal difference.
Swindon Town manager Mark Cooper told BBC Wiltshire:
"It's very, very frustrating.
"I'd say that was possibly one of our best performances.
"I thought we totally dominated the game for 80 minutes and you give them a little bit of a lift and they finish stronger but the game should have been over.
"You can't have that much play in and around the final third and still only be winning 1-0. That's something we have to get right."
