Rochdale 2-0 Bristol Rovers
Rochdale moved up to fourth in League Two after from Scott Hogan and Graham Cummins saw off Bristol Rovers.
Hogan broke Rovers' resistance near the hour mark, flicking in Joe Rafferty's cross, before Jack O'Connell set up Cummins to fire past Steve Mildenhall.
Lee Smith had almost put the visitors in front in the opening 45 minutes, but his attempt was smartly kept out by Rochdale goalkeeper Josh Lillis.
The visitors are only a point above the relegation zone following their defeat.
Dale, meanwhile, closed to just a point behind leaders Chesterfield.

Rochdale manager Keith Hill told BBC Radio Manchester:
"You want an energetic performance and it's very difficult if you're going to retain the same side.
"The same side deserved the opportunity to repeat results.
"Both sides wrestled quite well. The first goal is always really important - it can knock the energy out of the opposition and give you that little bit of extra energy."
