Doncaster Rovers 0-0 Millwall
Championship strugglers Doncaster and Millwall played out a goalless draw in the final match of 2013.
The visitors were under the caretaker management of Neil Harris and Scott Fitzgerald after sacking Steve Lomas on Boxing Day.
Doncaster had the best chance of the game when substitute Federico Macheda, on loan from Manchester United, hit a post with five minutes left.
Mark Duffy saw an even later free-kick saved by Lions keeper David Forde.
The result sees both sides sit just outside the relegation zone, ending a four-game losing run for Rovers and three in a row for the Lions.
Millwall had the better of the early stages, with Scott McDonald hitting the side-netting, Martyn Woolford having a shot cleared off the line by David Cotterill, and Nick Bailey forcing a save from Ross Turnbull.
But Doncaster had chances to win the game late on, with Macheda latching onto a through-ball and curling an effort off the base of a post, before Forde had to keep out Duffy's 25-yard free-kick.
Doncaster boss Paul Dickov:
"It's great to keep a clean sheet but I thought we should have taken all three points.
"Apart from hitting the post we were through twice on goal and had players pulled back - which was missed by the officials.
"Two big decisions have gone against us and it's very disappointing because it wasn't as if the officials were in bad positions to see what happened."
Millwall caretaker boss Neil Harris:
"As far as taking the job on - that is for someone else.
"I thought the players were fantastic and it was really good to keep a clean sheet because we have been poor away from home recently.
"I think the performance will give the boys confidence because the desire, commitment and team spirit they showed was phenomenal."
