Scally defends sacking Martin Allen

Gillingham chairman Paul Scally tells BBC Radio Kent that sacking manager Martin Allen was one of the hardest decisions he has ever had to make.

Allen was dismissed after 16 months in charge at Priestfield. The Gills had won just two of their opening 11 games this season following their promotion from League Two.
