Rochdale 4-1 Wycombe

George Donnelly's late double helped Rochdale to a comprehensive win over Wycombe.

Stuart Lewis smashed the visitors into the lead before Ian Henderson equalised from inside the area.

Andrew Tutte's cross was turned past his own keeper by Chairboys defender Michael Harriman.

Donnelly secured the points with a neat finish following good work from Henderson before getting a second with a header from Michael Rose's cross.

Wycombe Wanderers manager Gareth Ainsworth told BBC Three Counties Radio:

"Obviously we didn't expect that one. We've been doing so well lately and to be on the end of a 4-1 drubbing was really out of the blue.

Ainsworth rues 'big Wycombe blip'

"Really a bad day, but plenty of positives for me to work on and we have a game Tuesday to put things right.

"We have got a young back four - it's not an excuse - but they've been fantastic. It's their first season together and they're learning.

"They have given everything since I took over and the league table shows that."
