O'Driscoll: The man behind the myth

Bristol City head coach Sean O'Driscoll speaks candidly to BBC Points West about his vision and ambition for the Championship strugglers.

After taking over in January, O'Driscoll has led his side off the bottom of the table with three wins in five games.

The straight-talking former Nottingham Forest boss admits he never looks at the league standings, and says he would prefer to work in football Monday to Friday and avoid the match day.
