Dumbarton 4-1 East Stirlingshire

Dumbarton progress to the fourth round of the Scottish cup after easing aside East Stirlingshire at the Bet Butler Stadium.

Andrew Graham opened the scoring for the home side when he latched onto a Scott Agnew cross to finish from close range.

Shire equalised with one minute of normal time remaining in the first-half thanks to David Greenhill's powerful finish.

James Lister then restored the Sons lead a minute later with his seventh of the campaign, after heading home a Garry Fleming cross.

The visitors pushed for an equaliser but the game was over when Bryan Prunty netted his fifth goal of the season.

There was still time for a fourth, and Dumbarton found one with Alan Lithgow converting in the 89th minute to seal victory.
