James plays down race issue

Former England goalkeeper David James says racism is no longer a big problem in football.

James adds that he has not experienced any direct racial abuse for more than 20 years, although he believes there are still racists in football.

The 42-year-old is currently studying for his Uefa pro licence and he adds that he does not believe there is a glass ceiling for black players who want to become managers and coaches.
