England need manager now - Shearer

Former England Captain Alan Shearer says the FA should put England first and appoint a manager now.

The BBC pundit also believes Harry Redknapp is still the best candidate and the FA should not worry about upsetting Tottenham and approach him immediately.

Euro 2012 in Ukraine and Poland begins on June 8 and Shearer says the new man will need time to plan and prepare for the tournament.
