Pardew happy with 'disciplined' Newcastle

Newcastle boss Alan Pardew says his side's 1-0 win at home against QPR might not have been thrilling for the club's fans, but was the sort of result he loves as a manager.

Pardew is impressed with a performance that showed great "control", praises the finishing of goalscorer Leon Best, and the workrate of Hatem Ben Arfa, who Pardew believes is now buying into the ethos of the team.
