Tevez won't leave on loan - Mancini

Manchester City manager Roberto Mancini insists absent striker Carlos Tevez will not be allowed to leave the club on loan in January and will only be permitted to move on a permanent basis.

AC Milan have expressed an interest in signing the Argentine striker on loan, with Milan vice-president Adriano Galliani claiming he will hold talks with City on Thursday.

Speaking ahead of Wednesday's Premier League game against Stoke, Mancini also calls on striker Mario Balotelli to develop consistent "good behaviour" both on and off the pitch in 2012 if he wishes to improve his game.
