Hereford 1-0 Dag and Red
Hereford picked up their first league win of the season thanks to substitute Sam Winnall's late strike against Dagenham and Redbridge.
Simon Clist fired straight at visiting keeper Chris Lewington before going close again when his deflected strike hit the crossbar.
Oliver Lee wasted the Daggers' best chance when he struck tamely wide.
The Bulls grabbed the win when Winnall drove forward from the halfway line before dispatching a fine strike.
VIEWS FROM THE DRESSING ROOM
Hereford manager Jamie Pitman told BBC Hereford & Worcester:
"They (the young substitutes) have made a great impact on the game and they just stretched things a little bit for us.
"I thought we always had a goal in us and it was a case of just getting that chance and young Sam (Winnall) is a fantastic prospect and he knows where the goal is.
"That was what the game in the week was for - to see what they are capable of in men's football and all three of them came on and did very well."
Dagenham and Redbridge boss John Still told BBC London 94.9:
"I think we deserved something and we should have had a penalty.
"It was probably a game of just two or three efforts on goal, but I need more from my front four and from my wide players.
"The front two worked hard but didn't create enough in the box."
