Yeovil Town's Craig Alcock denies Peterborough United link
Yeovil Town defender Craig Alcock has played down reports linking him with a move to Peterborough.
The 23-year-old has yet to accept the new deal offered to him by boss Terry Skiverton at the end of last season.
"I don't know much about that, only what I've seen in the papers," Alcock told BBC Somerset.
And when asked if he still considers himself a Yeovil player he said: "As far as I'm aware and until I know otherwise, then yes."
Skiverton offered new contracts to seven players at the end of their League One campaign, but so far Dean Bowditch, Nathan Smith, Adam Virgo and Andy Welsh have joined other clubs whilst Alex Russell, Billy Gibson and Alcock have yet to commit to the Glovers.
But Alcock insists supporters should not be worried about the exodus of first-team players: "It's like that at the end of every season.
"It's all change but full credit to the gaffer we've got faith that he'll get the right characters in. I'm sure everything will happen but fans have to be patient."
