Delaveau wins World Cup second leg

Patrice Delaveau and his horse Orient Express HDC win the second leg of the FEI World Cup Jumping Western European League series in Helsinki, Finland.

Second-last to go in the eight-horse jump-off against the clock, the French partnership snatched victory from London 2012 Olympic champions Steve Guerdat and Nino des Buissonnets from Switzerland.

Olympic champion Guerdat finished as runner-up and now leads the World Cup Jumping Western European League table going into the third leg in Verona, Italy on 10 November.
