Cook critics have agenda - Swann

Former England and Nottinghamshire spinner Graeme Swann tells BBC Radio Nottingham that he believes there is an ulterior motive behind those criticising England captain Alastair Cook.

Swann, who retired from cricket during the Ashes series defeat in Australia last winter, is now a summariser for the BBC's Test Match Special programme.

He singles out broadcaster Piers Morgan and legendary Australian leg-spinner Shane Warne as "allies" of former England batsman Kevin Pietersen, whose international career ended earlier this year when he was told he was no longer part of the national side's plans.
