Change staff not players - Vaughan

Michael Vaughan says England must change their backroom staff and approach after suffering a 5-0 Ashes whitewash in Australia.

England coach Andy Flower has said he wants to stay in charge, despite the visitors losing the fifth Test in Sydney by 281 runs inside three days.

Vaughan believes England can win the Ashes in 2015, but says Test skipper Alastair Cook must now initiate a change in their "brand" of cricket.
