Biographer remembers courageous D'Oliveira

Author Peter Oborne remembers former England all-rounder Basil D'Oliveira who has died at the age of 80.

Oborne says D'Oliveira's life story was "incredible" as he travelled from apartheid era South Africa to play club cricket in Lancashire and win 44 Test caps for England.

D'Oliveira's heroic style of cricket made him a favourite to fans the world over, but it is his dignity and courage in the face of apartheid that many will remember him for.
