Welsh anglers take Shore team silver

Welsh angler Alan Price took gold at the 2012 Shore International Championships held in the Netherlands.

Price, from Kinmel Bay in Conwy, and Chris Read, Joe Arch, Shane Russel, Andrew Hutchins and Alun Blythin also took silver in the team event.

A good weekend of competition for the Welsh in Zeeland was also helped by Arch finishing sixth in the individual placings.

The Wales Women's team finished in a creditable eighth place.
