Keothavong beat second seed Dominika Cibulkova in the first round
Britain's Anne Keothavong loses to Sania Mirza in Pattaya Open
British number two Anne Keothavong has lost her second-round match at the Pattaya Open 6-4 7-5 to Sania Mirza.
The 28-year-old Londoner broke her opponent once in each set but Mirza capitalised on Keothavong's meagre 47% of first serves in to break four times.
Keothavong, stunned world number 16 Dominika Cibulkova in round one , but succumbed to the unseeded Indian after one hour and 39 minutes.
Mirza also reached the doubles quarter-finals with Anastasia Rodionova.
