American Ryan Lochte breaks his own world record on his way to beating compatriot Michael Phelps to win the 200m individual medley at the World Championships in Shanghai.
Lochte's performance is the first world record to be set since the controversial high-tech body suits were banned at the start of 2010.
Britain's James Goddard started strongly and finished fourth.
