Sports Personality pays tribute to Fabrice Muamba

Muamba retired in August, five months after suffering a cardiac arrest while playing for Bolton at White Hart Lane.

The 24-year-old joins Gary Lineker on stage at the 2012 Sports Personality of the Year ceremony to talk about his recovery and to pay tribute to those who saved his life.
