Ospreys ran in 11 tries in a Pro12 mismatch against under-strength Treviso in Swansea.
The visitors arrived without 14 Italy Six Nations squad members and while some of the hosts' stars were also absent, Ospreys' strength-in-depth was telling.
Skipper Jonathan Spratt and full-back Sam Davies each went over twice.
Wales half-back contenders Rhys Webb and Dan Biggar left in the 46th minute when Ospreys were 28-0 ahead.
Of the Wales squad men given game time at the region, only scrum-half Webb and prop Ryan Bevington have tasted 2014 Six Nations action.
Biggar and lock James King also came through unscathed.
And centre Ashley Beck and number eight Dan Baker - the latter a replacement against Treviso - were also involved after being called up to train with the Wales squad.
There were also successful returns following injury for erstwhile Wales captain Ryan Jones and South African-born wing Hanno Dirksen.
Jones and Dirksen also got on the scoreboard in a contest in which the hosts were able to showcase their attacking skills.
Fijian wing Aisea Natoga was named man of the match after tormenting Treviso veteran Brendan Williams with his power and pace.
The hosts attacked from the off with Notoga prominent on the left flank.
But it took until the 20th minute for the first points to come as Natoga's influence led to Spratt's opener and Biggar added the first of his four conversions.
Beck and Webb touched down before the first-half was over.
Spratt added his second early in the second half and the one-way traffic continued when Natoga earned his reward.
Treviso gained brief respite when they drove the home side's pack back from a close-range line-out for Jacopo Sarto and Mat Berquist converted.
Normal service resumed when Jeff Hassler was freed.
And amid the attacking tricks and treats provided by Biggar's replacement Matthew Morgan, full-back Davies claimed his brace.
Baker powered over from a close-range scrum after Alberto di Bernardo was sin-binned.
And Dirksen and Ryan Jones made the most of their chances while Davies added five conversions.
