London Welsh have bolstered their squad with three more signings ahead of the new Championship season.
Forwards Cai Griffiths, 29, and Rob Andrew, 25, join from London Irish and Leicester respectively while scrum-half Ollie Frost, 23, joins from Worcester.
"I'm delighted with these three additional signings," said London Welsh head coach Justin Burnell.
"Cai's experience with Ospreys speaks for itself and Andrew and Ollie are players that come highly recommended."
Prop-forward Griffiths has represented Wales at under-18, under-19 and under-21 levels and also played for the Barbarians.
He learnt his trade with Ospreys making over 100 appearances and winning Celtic and Magners League titles in 2005, 2007 and 2009. He
returned to the club
on loan from Irish last season.
South-African second-row Andrew made his British debut against London Welsh when playing for Leicester on the opening day of last season.
He made a total of nine appearances for the Tigers, scoring one try.
Frost made the breakthrough into Worcester's first team in the 2009-10 season having joined their academy at the age of 15.
He was a part of the Championship-winning Warriors side of 2010-11 and has represented England 7s.
Burnell added: "I believe these signings reaffirm London Welsh's ambitions for the forthcoming season, I'm looking forward to working with them all."
