Launceston coach Cliff Rainford does not fear anyone in league

Launceston head coach Cliff Rainford says the trip to Worthing in National Two South holds no fears for him.

Despite suffering a late defeat at Worthing last season, Rainford is confident lessons have been learned.

"I don't fear anybody in the league but it's a big challenge," he told BBC Radio Cornwall.

"Last season we let it slip, but if we're in same position this year I'm sure we'll be mature enough to finish it off."

Launceston travel to second-place Worthing having won their last five matches.

"It's a hard game away from home but it's winnable," Rainford added.

"If we play to the best of our ability and take that frame of mind with us I've not got many worries.

"If the players want revenge for last year that's fine with me, whatever motivates them.

"It's a confidence and belief thing and the guys now know they can control games."
