Jerry, wanted your opinion as to whether Lancaster is missing a trick by seemingly overlooking some long standing club talents - jsd is on fire, his age being an issue of contention but who begrudged a 33 yr Shane Williams having his best international season who's to say JSD couldn't deliver come 2015, only a year older than monye? also Alex king - wrongfully overlooked as backs coach?

Does anyone realise that Lancaster could only replace injured players from the squad he selected at the start of the season. for this training squad? Bringing in Burns would mean he would have had to be the replacement for either Webber, Croft or Foden.

Jerry, I have to agree with other comments here regarding Freddie Burns - what does this guy have to do to get selected? Has clearly been the most exciting English fly-half this season, whilst also playing with much greater control. Surely the Fiji game could have been a perfect opportunity to at least give him game time from the bench? Really disappointing.

@ 145 Clive I think it would be kinda funny if Shingler is never selected for Wales after they fought for him to not play for Scotland. And he will be kicking himself because he would walk straight into the Scottish team!

Dan Bigger is a talking point for Welsh rugby, but I have seen Steve Shingler play really well for London Irish. Do you think Shingler should get a Wales call? Otherwise it makes a mockery of the WRU fighting the SRU for his services and the IRB ruling in Wales' favour. I think Shingler deserves his chance on form alone, Priestland has been poor this season.
