Leicester Tigers complete deal for wing Vereniki Goneva

Leicester Tigers have completed the signing of Fijian wing Vereniki Goneva from French club Tarbes, subject to getting a visa.

Tigers have been tracking the 28-year for several months and chief executive Simon Cohen said the negotiations have finally been concluded.

Cohen told BBC Radio Leicester: "It's a done deal but he's with Fiji so will be back later than some of the others.

"Hopefully he will integrate pretty quickly into the squad."
