Vickery and Lewsey back Stuart Lancaster for England

World Cup winners Phil Vickery and Josh Lewsey give their backing for Stuart Lancaster's tenure as England manager to continue, with both keen to see the Saxons coach appointed on a permanent basis.

Vickery praises Lancaster as a "good man" with "good values" and believes the RFU should not "look beyond what they've already got", while Lewsey believes Lancaster could be the man to build an England "team ethic" successfully over the next few years.
