Methodist College emerged 18-8 winners after the Schools' Cup semi-final against Campbell College at Ravenhill.
A try by Jack Owens edged Campbell ahead early in the second half of the all-Belfast clash.
Methody hit back to claim victory with tries by Elliot Mooney, Rudolph Benade and Chris Gracey.
Methody will play Ballyclare High in the final on 19 March.
