Wigan half-back Brett Finch returns to Melbourne Storm

Departing Wigan Warriors half-back Brett Finch will rejoin former club Melbourne Storm next season.

The 31-year-old left Melbourne for Wigan, along with Ryan Hoffman and Jeff Lima, as the NRL club tried to get under their salary cap for 2011.

Finch, who won the Challenge Cup with the Warriors last year, announced in June that he would be returning to Australia at the end of the campaign.

Wigan have already recruited Blake Green from Hull KR as a replacement.
