Whitehaven ran in 10 tries to comfortably see off visitors North Wales Crusaders

Tim Hemingway, Craig Calvert, Jamie Rooney (2), Andrew Beattie (3), Jessie Joe Parker Brad Crellin and Loz Hamzat went over for the hosts while Carl Rudd kicked eight goals, Rooney adding one.

Crusaders tries came from Andy Gorski, Rob Massam (2) and Simon Stephens with Tommy Johnson adding a goal.

Barrow Raiders 34-22 South Wales Scorpions

South Wales Scorpions suffered a five-tries-to-four defeat at Barrow.

Rhodri Lloyd, Alan Pope, Grant Dalton and Kristian Hawkes touched down for the visitors with Courtney Davies adding three goals.

But the hosts ran tries by Liam Campbell, Andy Ballard, Chris Larkin, Liam Harrison and Ruairi McGoff with Ballard adding five goals and Darren Holt a single kick.
