Wakefield Wildcats extend Matthew Wildie contract
Wakefield Trinity Wildcats have handed hooker Matthew Wildie a two-year contract extension.
The 20-year-old, who joined the club academy seven years ago, has made nine appearances for the senior team.
"I'm really happy to have signed another contract, ever since I was a child all I have wanted is play for Wakefield," he said.
"I'm looking forward to a great few years here and I hope I cement myself as first team regular."
Wildie follows on from second-row forward Frankie Mariano who signed a new deal with the Super League club on Friday.
