Sailor Saskia Clark tells BBC Essex about her celebrations after winning an Olympic silver with Hannah Mills in the women's 470 class.

"They're actually really heavy - they slow down the dancing a bit," she reveals.

Clark also confirms that she will be staying in the sport to try to win a gold medal in Rio de Janeiro in 2016.

"I've got a silver, which is good, but it's an upgrade in Rio that I want," she adds.
