Lewers devastated to miss out on medal

Iain Lewers is on target for Great Britain in their Olympic bronze medal match against Australia but the hosts' hopes are dashed as they lose 3-1 at the Riverbank Arena.

The home side were desperate to put in a better performance after their 9-2 drubbing by Netherlands in the semi-final, but it was Australia who scored first with a powerful shot from Simon Orchard.

Lewers levelled for GB, but Jamie Dwyer and Kieran Govers sealed bronze for the Kookaburras.
