Sir Steve Redgrave helped Mark Hunter to his feet after the men's double sculls crew narrowly missed winning gold in the lightweight race.
The competition was restarted after one of the seats in the GB boat broke, but despite a strong start, Hunter and Zac Purchase had to settle for silver in the re-run .
"We had the very best race we could," they told the BBC.
