Veteran heavyweight Karina Bryant is within one win of landing Britain's second Olympic judo medal in 24 hours after fighting through to the semi-finals of the women's over-78kgs at ExceL.
Silver for Gemma Gibbons yesterday finally ended Britain's 12-year quest for Olympic success in the martial art.
The women's semi-finals take place at 14:00 BST.
