Gabon grab an equaliser late in the first-half to share the points with Switzerland in their opening Group B fixture at St James' Park.

Admir Mehmedi's put the Swiss ahead with a penalty after less than five minutes had been played.

Mehmedi should have doubled Switzerland's lead but he somehow missed a glorious chance, before Gabon's Pierre Aubameyang drew Gabon level on the stroke of half-time.
