GB's Shanaze Reade talks BMX thrills & spills

Great Britain's three-time world champion Shanaze Reade talks to BBC Sport's Nick Hope  about what it takes to be an elite BMX rider.

The 23-year-old from Crewe also reveals the thought process behind the daring overtake which resulted in a heartbreaking and race-ending crash in the Beijing Olympic final four years ago.

Reade will be competing in the 2012 World Championships in Birmingham  this weekend, her final international meet before this summer's London Games.
