London 2012: Brazil's Olympic judo hopeful

What do you do if you are a teenager showing great promise in a sport, but your parents don't approve?

That was the dilemma faced by a young judo fighter from the Northern Brazilian province of Piaui. She wanted to compete but her parents wanted her to study. So who won?

Julia Carneiro went to Teresina to meet Sarah Menezes and find out.
