BBC South Today meets Olympic ice dancer Robin Cousins, who is better known these days as a judge on a reality TV show.
On Thursday, Cousins left the ice behind to become a Team GB ambassador working with the national synchronised swimming squad, who are based at the army garrison in Aldershot.
