Stadio Flaminio

Built in 1959 ahead of the 1960 Rome Olympics, the Stadio Flaminio was chosen ahead of venues in the north of the country to host Italy's Six Nations fixtures.

It hosted Italy's sensational introduction into the tournament last season with a 34-20 defeat of Scotland and has been recently renovated to boost its capacity to 42,000.

Six Nations results:

5 Feb 2000: Italy 34-20 Scotland
18 Mar 2000: Italy 12-69 England
