Ryder Cup 2012: Davis Love says defeat 'difficult' to take
USA team captain Davis Love says he is "proud" of his players after defeat to Europe who retained the Ryder Cup in a stunning comeback at Medinah.
The United States needed only four points from the 12 on offer on Sunday, but Europe secured eight and a half to seal the victory.
Love admits the defeat is "difficult" to take as his team did not expect to lose, but praises the European players.
