Through the charity's 'Pop Up Games' initiative, they are inviting people to host their own multiple-sports event during the Glasgow Commonwealth Games, with them providing the necessary equipment.

Street Games support a network of projects which give sports and volunteering opportunities to young people in disadvantaged communities across the UK. The organisation, in partnership and funded by Spirit of 2012 (Spirit), will create 200 Pop Up Clubs during the summer.

The sports will be brought to peoples' doorsteps by coming to community halls, leisure centres and parks - meaning that sport can be accessed by anyone.
