Italian GP: Lewis Hamilton concedes world title
Mercedes' Lewis Hamilton concedes the 2013 drivers' title after finishing ninth at the the Italian Grand Prix in a "disaster of a weekend".
The 2008 champion fought up to ninth after dropping almost to the back when a puncture forced him to make an extra stop compared to his rivals, but having failed to qualify in the top 10 for Sunday's race Hamilton admits he is "very disappointed" with himself.
Hamilton is 81 points behind Red Bull's Sebastian Vettel, who won with a convincing performance at Monza.
