Formula 1 - Japanese Grand Prix qualifying highlights

Sebastian Vettel claims his fourth successive pole position at Suzuka ahead of the Japanese Grand Prix.

The reigning world champion finished two tenths of a second ahead of Red Bull team-mate Mark Webber, with McLaren's Jenson Button third-fastest, although the Englishman will start from eighth place after changing his gearbox and receiving a penalty.

Vettel lies 29 points adrift of championship leader Fernando Alonso with six races of the season remaining, and now lies third on the all-time list of Formula 1 pole sitters behind Michael Schumacher and Ayrton Senna.
