Ferrari team boss Stefano Domenicali hopes the addition of new staff at Maranello will help the team start off the 2012 season competitively.
Domenicali admits their 2011 challenger was not good enough, but says they will not know how well their new car will run until qualifying for the first race of the season in Melbourne.
