Irish Premiership: Three Irish Premiership games called off

Three of Saturday's Irish Premiership games have been postponed because of waterlogged pitches caused by the heavy rainfall over the past few days.

The match between Glenavon and Ards at Mourneview Park was called off after the pitch failed a late inspection.

Earlier, Ballinamallard United against Crusaders at Ferney Park fell victim to the weather.

The playing surface at Stangmore Park was also deemed unplayable so Dungannon Swifts against Coleraine is also off.

The fixture between Glenavon and Ards wil now be staged on Monday night.

The remaining matches, Cliftonville v Linfield at Solitude, Portadown v Ballymena United at Shamrock Park and Glentoran v Warrenpoint Town at the Oval, all go ahead.
